More and more of us are learning we can have better health, strength and longevity. What we once believed was true for achieving optimum health has been turned upside down. Low carb, keto, high protein, "healthy" oil, don't serve us; mustering up will power isn't necessary; and, weighing and measuring someone's idea of proper portions is absolutely ludicrous. Learning how the body is designed and how it works, on the other hand, can shed light on what foods our bodies need and why we are drawn to the "essences of food" that do us harm.
It has been a relief for me to find the benefits of a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) lifestyle. I have a great story to tell, which I will do throughout 2021.
